Click the "Register" button in the top navigation, fill in your details, and choose whether you want to start as a freelancer or an employer. You can switch between roles at any time from your dashboard.

Clients pay through our secure payment system when ordering a service. The payment is held safely until the freelancer delivers the work and the client approves it. Once approved, the freelancer receives the payment minus the platform fee.

BDGigs charges a small platform fee on each transaction. This fee helps us maintain the platform, provide customer support, and ensure a safe marketplace for everyone.

Register an account, switch to freelancer mode, complete your profile with your skills and experience, submit KYC verification, and then start listing your services. Clients will be able to find and order your services.

Browse services or post a job/project. You can filter by category, skills, price range, and ratings. When you find the right freelancer, simply order their service or invite them to your project.

If you encounter any issues with an order, you can open a dispute from your dashboard. Our support team will review the case and help resolve it fairly for both parties.

KYC verification is required for freelancers before they can list services. This helps ensure trust and safety on our platform. Employers can optionally verify their identity for enhanced trust.

Employers can schedule video meetings with freelancers directly from the platform. Meetings are powered by Zoom integration, so both parties receive a meeting link automatically.

Yes! BDGigs supports dual roles. You can switch between freelancer and employer mode at any time from your dashboard or the navigation bar.
