1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BDGigs ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. User Roles

Users may operate as either a Client (Employer) or a Freelancer. Users can switch between roles at any time. Freelancers must complete KYC verification before listing services. Both roles are subject to these terms.

4. Services and Orders

Freelancers list services with defined packages, prices, and delivery times. Clients may order services by selecting a package and completing payment. Once an order is placed and paid for, the freelancer is expected to deliver the work within the specified timeframe.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. BDGigs charges a platform fee on each transaction. Funds are held until the client approves the delivered work. Freelancers receive payment minus the platform fee upon order completion.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreements between clients and freelancers, either party may open a dispute. Our support team will review the evidence and make a fair resolution. Users agree to cooperate with the dispute resolution process.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Conducting transactions outside the Platform to avoid fees
• Sharing login credentials with others
• Posting fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Attempting to manipulate reviews or ratings
• Violating intellectual property rights

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in the service description, upon completion and full payment, the client receives the rights to the delivered work. Freelancers retain the right to showcase completed work in their portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

9. Account Termination

BDGigs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their own accounts at any time, though pending orders must be resolved first.

10. Limitation of Liability

BDGigs serves as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality of work delivered by freelancers or the conduct of clients. We provide dispute resolution as a service but cannot guarantee outcomes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
